{{Dr. Sheree D. Williams, BSW, DMETA, Ph.D }}

A pioneering faith-based leader, educator, and holistic health practitioner dedicated to merging spirituality, indigenous sovereignty, and higher education. She is the Founding Mother & Principal Chief of the Etheric Indigenous Tribal Nation (EITN) and the Principal Chief and Chancellor of Raising Phoenix Temple University (RPTU)—a fully accredited metaphysical and holistic university recognized nationally and internationally.

With a background in social work, metaphysical sciences, alternative medicine, and spiritual leadership, Dr. Williams has built an interconnected ecosystem of organizations, including Raising Phoenix Temple, Raising Phoenix Holistic Center, and the Phoenix Metaphysical Practitioner Association (PMPA). Through these institutions, she provides degree programs, certifications, consulting, and healing services that empower individuals to reclaim sovereignty over their health, education, and spiritual path.

Her leadership is rooted in both academic excellence and tribal governance, blending traditional wisdom with modern innovation. She has guided the creation of accredited courses in Reiki, Doula & Midwifery, Coaching, Hypnosis, Art Therapy, Indigenous Rights, and advanced metaphysical studies, ensuring pathways to professional certification, degree advancement, and practitioner accreditation.

On the global stage, Dr. Williams advocates for tribal sovereignty, human rights, and indigenous recognition, actively preparing and filing legal instruments with U.S. courts, state agencies, and the United Nations. Her work affirms the rights of indigenous and faith-based nations to exist outside colonial frameworks, grounded in Article 18, UNDRIP, ICCPR, the U.S. Constitution, and natural law.

Known as a scribe, teacher, healer, and strategist, Dr. Williams continues to advance initiatives that expand access to financial aid, workforce development programs, and nonprofit funding pathways for students and communities. Her mission is to restore divine feminine law, elevate holistic education, and activate sovereignty for individuals and nations across the world.
